CDF’s Ballet curriculum pays close attention to body placement and alignment, allowing students to successfully execute ballet technique while developing strong and flexible bodies that move with poise and confidence through space. Ballet class at CDF is student-centered and focused on developing an understanding of how the body works and discovering the most efficient and healthy pathways for movement. Students will work toward gaining clean lines, balance, and strength while learning vocabulary, history and culture.
